I am always treated efficiently and effectively at the surgery. Doctors always pleasant and listen. Very good when I have had serious issues. Always aware of time limitations (my fault usually as I tend to store ailments for when I see the doctor). However this is a difficult issue as some problems take longer than the time allowed.

Continuity with doctors that know me. First class care. Dr Hussain was great at Christmas when I felt really ill. Only trouble is it is sometimes hard to get an appointment but that is because the Red Practice is great.

I like the recent improvement to be able to book appointments on line.Previous to Christmas 2014 there were insufficiant appointments available. Now you are offered a choice of appointments, over a range of dates, with different doctors and varying times, including early am, late pm and Saturdays.

Dr Sillick always give time and consideration. Friendly and puts one at ease.
